Email
ResPAK enables automatic emails to be sent from the Program for
Reservation Acknowledgments, Reminders & Appreciation. Emails are
automatically mail merged and sent directly to the specified Email Server.
This facility can be switched on or off from within the ResPAK Program.
Security
User Groups and Users can be defined in the System.
Detailed List of Access rights can be set for each User/User Group.
Audit Trail records all Transactions on a daily basis. (Sent to File or
Dot Matrix Printer)
Backup System set on timer to backup as frequently as needed.
