CST ANNOUNCES ResPAK

First Fully Integrated Restaurant,
Function and CRM System launches to UK on Stand G270
CST is launching ResPAK, an integrated Restaurant,
Conference/Function and Customer Relationship Management system, to the
hospitality industry at the Restaurant Show. Although brand new to the UK,
ResPAK is already supporting over 300 clients internationally including
the Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt and Accor groups.
Windows-based with “touch-screen” options, ResPAK comprises restaurant
reservations, table management, conference/functions reservations and
conference management modules along with a comprehensive CRM and marketing
package.
With core functions including table and room planning, real-time
availability and all aspects of reservation processing, a host of advanced
components have been incorporated including VIP arrival notification,
table turnaround optimisation, non-arrivals management, customer
wait-paging and instant financial reviews/forecasts, to name but a few.
ResPAK has been specifically designed to increased staff productivity,
enhance business operations and improve customer relationships and is
easily interfaced with property management and POS systems to offer a
completely integrated restaurant, functions and CRM system for the
hospitality industry
